The fine print

What you're agreeing to

The eight terms of participation
  1. Please share all brand assets within the communicated timelines.
  2. Promote your participation across your social media channels.
  3. Booth allocations are curated by the organising team to ensure the best overall outcome.
  4. Event experience is prioritised, while considering individual brand requirements where feasible.
  5. Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and payment.
  6. Brands are responsible for their own staffing, inventory, and booth operations.
  7. Event schedules are subject to change based on operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
  8. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted after payment, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Payment is what takes a booth off the market for every other brand, which is why it isn't refundable once your spot is allocated.
